Kate is passionate about technology, open innovation and connecting people from diverse and unusual backgrounds. She came into the Participation space at the grassroots level, having participated in and won brand and innovation challenges and hackathons. She brings those experiences to her role as a Community Strategist for Better, along with a background in market intelligence and analysis. A reindeer, snowmen and cheese fondue enthusiast (seriously), Kate splits her time between Austria and the U.K.
